1. Description
1.1. LX-XXXX - Lift alarms
All lift alarms will start with the letter 'L' followed by the number that defines the side of the Tower, for Robot side is this '0', for operator side is this '1'. e.g. L0-XXXX means that there is an error with the lift on robot side.
1.1.1. LX-01: Lift Alarm: Vertical Axis Error
Cause: There is another alarm that prevents the vertical axis to move.
Remedy: Solve the other alarm (in the list below).
1.1.2. LX-02: Lift Alarm: Horizontal Axis Error
Cause: There is another alarm that prevents the horizontal axis to move.
Remedy: Solve the other alarm (in the list below).
1.1.3. LX-03: Lift Alarm: Remanent Memory
Cause: The remanent memory from the Tower PLC was cleared.
Remedy: The settings have to be set again in the Tower PLC. Please contact RoboJob.
1.1.4. LX-04: Lift Alarm: Hardware Error
Cause: Something went wrong with one of the hardware modules of the Tower PLC
Remedy: Check all the hardware modules of the Tower PLC
1.1.5. LX-05: Lift Alarm: E-Stop
Cause: Emergency stop was pressed.
Remedy: Unlock the Emergency stop and reset the alarm on the IPC
1.1.6. LX-06: Lift Alarm: C-Stop
Cause: The fence was activated.
Remedy: Check if the zone is clear and reset the Fence with the Fence button.
1.1.7. LX-07: Lift Alarm: Belt-Stop
Cause: The sensors didn’t detect tension on the belt.
Remedy: Check Belt tension.
1.1.8. LX-08: Lift Alarm: Robot Stop
Cause: This alarm is activated when the robot is taking a part from the Tower
Remedy: This is a warning that means that the lift can not move, because the robot is taking or placing a part.
1.1.9. LX-09: Lift Alarm: Manual mode
Cause: Lift was used in Manual mode.
Remedy: Put the lift back in automatic mode.
1.1.10. LX-10: Lift Alarm: Safety bypassed
Cause: The key switch was activated to bypass the safety features.
Remedy: Turn the switch to bypass the safety features to off.
1.1.11. LX-11: Lift Alarm: Paused
Cause: Lift was set to hold or an action lead to the lift stopping (e.g. E-stop, C-stop).
Remedy: Press the lift run button to resume the movement.
1.1.12. LX-12: Lift Alarm: No scan result received
Cause: The scanner didn’t send the measurement to the software.
Remedy: Check if the scanner is working correctly.
1.1.13. LX-13: Lift Alarm: Scan trigger is high
Cause: Scanner was already activated.
Remedy: Check if there is nothing in the scanner zone.
1.1.14. LX-14: Lift Alarm: Scan error: low limit exceeded
Cause: The actual height of the workpiece was lower than what was programmed
Remedy: Check the height of the workpiece that was programmed with the actual height of the workpiece.
1.1.15. LX-15: Lift Alarm: Scan error: high limit exceeded
Cause: The actual height of the workpiece was higher than what was programmed
Remedy: Check the height of the workpiece that was programmed with the actual height of the workpiece.
1.1.16. LX-16: Lift Alarm: Vertical Axis target position exceeds positive limit
Cause: Response error at the start of a movement if the requested target position is larger than the positive SW limit.Response error when a movement in the positive direction is active if the current position is already outside of the positive SW limits.
Remedy: SW limit incorrectly configured.Incorrect target position.Incorrect movement command. The monitor of the SW limits can also be deactivated (SGEN_SW_END_IGNORE) for 'endless axes' or 'cyclic axes' without limited movement range.Drive error code 5001!
1.1.17. LX-17: Lift Alarm: Vertical Axis target position exceeds negative limit
Cause: Response error at the start of a movement if the requested target position is smaller than the negative SW limit.Response error when a movement in the negative direction is active if the current position is already outside of the negative SW limits.
Remedy: SW limit incorrectly configured.Incorrect target position.* Incorrect movement command. The monitor of the SW limits can also be deactivated (SGEN_SW_END_IGNORE) for 'endless axes' or 'cyclic axes' without limited movement range.Drive error code 5002!
1.1.18. LX-18: Lift Alarm: Horizontal Axis target position exceeds positive limit
Cause: Response error at the start of a movement if the requested target position is larger than the positive SW limit.Response error when a movement in the positive direction is active if the current position is already outside of the positive SW limits.
Remedy:
-
SW limit incorrectly configured.
-
Incorrect target position.
-
Incorrect movement command.
-
The monitor of the SW limits can also be deactivated (SGEN_SW_END_IGNORE) for 'endless axes' or 'cyclic axes' without limited movement range.Drive error code 5001!
1.1.19. LX-19: Lift Alarm: Horizontal Axis target position exceeds negative limit
Cause: Response error at the start of a movement if the requested target position is smaller than the negative SW limit.Response error when a movement in the negative direction is active if the current position is already outside of the negative SW limits.
Remedy: SW limit incorrectly configured.Incorrect target position.Incorrect movement command. The monitor of the SW limits can also be deactivated (SGEN_SW_END_IGNORE) for 'endless axes' or 'cyclic axes' without limited movement range.Drive error code 5002!
1.1.20. LX-20: Lift Alarm: Vertical Axis positive position limit reached
Cause: Runtime error when movement is active if the braking range of the positive SW limit has been reached and the set speed is 0. (The movement is deactivated. The controller remains switched on.)
Remedy: Incorrect movement command without absolute target position (movement in positive direction).Positive SW limit incorrectly configured.Cam automat: The set value generation is too dynamic (speed or acceleration is too high) for the axis limit AXLIM_A2_POS and therefore exceeds the range of the 'braking parabola' on the positive SW limit.See also error number 5001 .Drive error code 5003!
1.1.21. LX-21: Lift Alarm: Vertical Axis negative position limit reached
Cause: Runtime error when movement is active if the braking range of the negative SW limit has been reached and the set speed is 0. (The movement is deactivated. The controller remains switched on. )
Remedy: Negative SW limit incorrectly configured.
Cam automat: The set value generation is too dynamic (speed or acceleration is too high) for the axis limit AXLIM_A2_NEG and therefore exceeds the range of the 'braking parabola' on the negative SW limit.
See also error number 5001.
See error number 5003.
1.1.22. LX-22: Lift Alarm: Horizontal Axis positive position limit reached
1.1.23. LX-23: Lift Alarm: Horizontal Axis negative position limit reached
