1. Description
1.1. MACH-xxx - Machine Alarms
These alarms and error messages are related to the CNC machine.
1.1.1. MACH-000 Machine alarm
Cause: Machine is in an alarm state.
Remedy: Clear the alarm on the machine.
1.2. ROBOT-xxx - Robot Alarms
These alarms and error messages are related to the robot.
1.2.23. ROBOT-061 CMOS battery low
Cause: The battery voltage for the pulse coder has dropped below the allowable minimum.
Remedy: Replace the battery.
Note: When this alarm is issued, immediately replace the battery while the system power is turned on. If the BZAL alarm is issued because the battery is not replaced in time, position data will be lost, thus necessitating robot mastering.
1.3. CONV-XXX - Conveyor Alarms
These alarms and error messages are related to the RoboJob conveyor system, should this be present in your Mill Assist installation.
1.3.1. CONV-000 Emergency stop
Cause: Conveyor is in an Emergency stop state.
Remedy: Clear the alarm on the conveyor.
